Maura Rose began sweeping the floors of flower shops at the age of 14 in Yardley, Pa.  After graduating from Temple University in 2008 with a B.A in Broadcasting, she went on to work as a Project Manger for a local media company. However, having missed working with flowers, she left her job to run a floral boutique in Center City Philadelphia. She currently works as a freelance floral designer all over Philadelphia. Having realized that things in floral industry seem to never change, she has made it a life’s goal to get people to see floral design in a whole new light. Having worked in several different facets of the wedding industry, Maura decided to go out on her own in order to give her brides a truly unique and personal experience. Her work has been featured at several of Philadelphia’s top venues including; The Union League, the Hyatt at the Bellevue, the Westin, the Omni Hotel, Sofitel Philadephia, Ritz Carlton Philadelphia, Glen Foerd Mansion, and the Hyatt Penn’s Landing, to name a few.
